ABOUT ME
Specialising in print design, I am confident using Adobe Photoshop, taking my collages and sketches and creating seamless repeats. Due to a module in Fashion, Buying and Merchandising, I am confident in identifying key trends from colours, emerging brands and market levels. Working with a multimedia style has allowed me to strengthen my CAD skills due to learning new software on the go, for example Adobe Illustrator and Pointcarre. I have experience with working within live briefs with short time frames along with managing multiple deadlines at once, this has strengthened my organisation and efficiency, preparing me for industry.
I am a print specialist textile design student with a passion in retro aesthetics, tactile designs, collaging techniques and bringing elements into cad to create artwork. My main inspiration throughout designing are the Memphis movement, brutalist architecture and a love for geometrics. Using a multimedia approach incorporating jacquard weaving, laser cutting and mixed media designs, creating interior collections encouraging people to embrace nostalgic fun and enjoyment among escaping.
